1, 2 3 Title!

In June earlier this year, we had the pleasure of announcing titles for Stages 1 and 2 had been successfully registered. And now, Stage 3 has joined the ranks, with settlements commenced in early October.

Orchard is truly coming to life with many homes well into construction, we can’t wait to see our pioneer residents move in!

The Grass is Greener at Orchard Park

A key feature of the prestigious Orchard community, this beautiful park will provide residents with a new adventure playground and green open space the whole family can enjoy. Designs are currently being finalised for this cultivated retreat, as we get ready for construction.
