Construction has now commenced!

The Orchard team are excited to announce that preliminary earthworks have now begun on site in preparation for the commencement of Stage 1 civil works, scheduled to begin in September.

The preliminary earthworks are in preparation for the subsurface pipe installation.  These works are being conducted by Winslow, a prominent civil contractor which has serviced the development industry for over 30 years.

We anticipate Stage 1 works to be completed around June 2018.
