Children’s Art Classes for 6-9 years
Every Tuesday from now until December 19, artist and teacher Cathy Mackay holds classes at the Old Shire Offices on Watton St Werribee, encouraging children to explore a range of art materials and techniques through mixed media projects including drawing, painting and sculpture. Artful Healing Workshops
For those after creative inspiration, or who are seeking healthy engagement with like-minded people, local artist and artistic director Aurora Diele Van Mourik has just the thing.
Artful Healing is an inclusive workshop for those aged 12 and up, where participants can develop their artistic aspirations through a range of exciting new art techniques designed to encourage positivity and wellness.

Introduction to Dance: Ages 5-10
Organised by Stepnout Performing Arts and running from Factory 10/61-65 Russell St Werribee, this is a ‘come & try’ session providing an introduction to dance for children through a range of different styles.
Whether your child aspires to be a dancer, acrobat or actor, there are a number of classes and programs to explore, from musical theatre to tap, jazz, ballet, cheerleading and acrobatics. For contact details and class times, visit the Wyndam City What’s On page.
Art Paths – Drop In Sessions
Perhaps you’ve already decided on your path and are looking for a bit of advice or mentorship to guide you?
The Wyndham Arts Incubator operates monthly free sessions where those aiming to develop a career in the arts can get assistance with charting an Art Path of their own, whether it be advice for specific projects or general guidance.
