A Community Milestone as Orchard Welcomes its 500th Buyer
Since our first release, the Orchard community has been steadily growing as we welcome more families into our thriving neighbourhood. And now, we are very excited to be celebrating our 500th Orchard purchaser! Reaching this milestone is quite the occasion, so we thought we would introduce you to the wonderful family who has become lucky number 500!
Swinder Singh Ranu and Harpreet Kaur, along with their son, have recently bought their perfect lot in Stage 11 at Orchard. Their very first home, the family is incredibly excited to be joining the community and to begin building. And with the construction of Stage 11 currently underway and titles anticipated in the first quarter of 2021, they won’t have to wait long!
“This is our very first dream house and we are so excited to begin building and to move into Orchard.”
“We chose to buy land here because of the wonderful Indian community in the area and it will be great to be so close to the Sikh temple down the road. Our elders will very much enjoy walking there.”
With 10 stages now titled, Orchard Park under construction and more residents moving in every month, we can really see our community coming together – and it’s beyond exciting!
